Job Description

We are Nativize(A brand of Digital Conquering LLP), a performance marketing agency focused on native ads platform like Taboola and Outbrain which also includes services like creatives, copy, CRO, and funnel execution for high-revenue brands. We help scale top performing ecom and nutra brands with native ads.

Our work moves fast and requires strong coordination between media buyers, designers, and copywriters to deliver results.

We are looking for an Operations Manager/EOS Integrator we can trust to run the engine of delivery inside the agency and work closely with the founder to turn vision into execution.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the founder to translate strategy, ideas, and vision into clear tasks, goals, and execution across the team.

Your responsibility is to ensure:

  • Work moves on time
  • The team stays aligned
  • Deadlines are respected
  • Campaigns, creatives, funnels, and tests are executed smoothly
  • Operations run like a well-oiled machine
  • Execution happens at record speed without chaos

  • You will be the bridge between strategy and execution and a key point of coordination between the internal team and clients via Slack.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Absolute ownership of client success and client experience(CXO)
    • Help founder scaling the agency into bigger team and more clients.
    • Manage daily task flow in ClickUp / Asana / Notion
    • Coordinate media buyers, designers, copywriters, and funnel team
    • Run internal standups and track progress
    • Ensure campaigns, creatives, and funnels launch on time
    • Proactively follow up with team members and remove blockers
    • Map processes and create efficient workflows
    • Identify bottlenecks and fix them before they become problems
    • Build and maintain SOPs and scalable operational systems that work like clockwork
    • Track KPIs across tasks, timelines, and delivery
    • Hold team members accountable to deadlines and responsibilities
    • Prepare internal performance summaries for reporting
    • Communicate with clients inside Slack channels for coordination and updates
    • Assist in onboarding new team members and clients when needed

    • Tasks completed on or before deadlines
    • Zero campaign or creative launch delays due to internal mismanagement
    • Clear visibility of who is doing what at all times
    • Reduction in delivery bottlenecks month over month
    • Smooth coordination between media, creative, copy, and funnel teams
    • High team accountability and ownership
    • Faster turnaround time for launches, tests, and iterations
    • Organized SOPs and workflows that scale with the agency

    Required Traits

    • Extremely organized and proactive
    • Calm under pressure
    • Takes ownership without being asked
    • Comfortable following up with people
    • Thinks in processes and systems, not just tasks
    • Strong sense of accountability and urgency
    • Good written communication for team and Slack-based client coordination
    • Familiar with ClickUp, Asana, Notion or similar tools

    Preferred Background

    • Experience in a digital marketing, or performance marketing agency (client based or affiliate offers based)
    • Worked with media buyers, creative teams, and copywriters
    • Has handled multiple projects or people simultaneously
    • Basic understanding of paid ads workflow (Meta, Google, Native, etc.)
    • Experience mapping workflows, SOPs, and improving team efficiency
    • Someone who can assist in talent acquisition if needed.

    Working Style

    • Full-time role with an 89 hour availability window including breaks
    • Around 7 hours of productive work per day
    • Remote work
    • Focus on ownership, outcomes, and speed of execution

    Growth Opportunity

    This role can grow into a Head of Operations/COO position as the agency scales.

    Competitive salary based on experience, with a clear growth path as the agency grows. Performance based bonuses as well.
