Role Description

Responsible for managing multiple dark store operations as an Operations Manager Dark Store Operations in Hyderabad, ensuring smooth daily operations, manpower availability, and achievement of key operational KPIs in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of multiple dark stores.
• Hire, onboard, and manage pickers and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs for picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Own and drive key KPIs such as SLA, productivity, accuracy, cancellations, and manpower efficiency.
• Plan shifts and manpower to meet daily demand and peak volumes.
• Monitor performance daily and take corrective actions at ground level.
• Coordinate with last-mile teams and central operations for smooth execution.
• Control costs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirments

• 2 5 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Dark Store operations.
• Experience managing multiple locations and large ground teams.
• Strong execution, people management, and KPI ownership skills.
• Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-execution environment.
• Bachelors in Logistics or related fields
