We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead and manage quick commerce dark stores and e-commerce last mile delivery stations across Tamil Nadu. The role involves complete ownership of operations for the state, ensuring operational stability, manpower readiness, and achievement of key performance metrics while scaling the network in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of operations across Tamil Nadu for quick commerce dark stores and e-commerce last mile delivery stations.
- Hire, train, and manage all required manpower to run and scale operations across the region.
- Set up, stabilize, and expand new dark stores and delivery stations as per business requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational SOPs for order processing, dispatch, and delivery execution.
- Own and drive key operational KPIs such as SLA, productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency across all locations.
- Plan manpower, shifts, and operational resources to manage daily demand and peak volumes efficiently.
- Monitor performance of all locations and implement ground-level corrective actions to improve output.
- Coordinate with central operations, client leadership, and last mile teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain strong control over operational costs while improving efficiency and scalability.
- Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to ensure operational stability and growth.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in quick commerce dark store operations ,E-commerce last mile operations.
- Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations.
- Amazon last mile or quick commerce operations experience preferred.
- Strong execution capability, leadership skills, and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Tamil Nadu.
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced operations environment.
