Operations Manager

Implement and enforce SOPs across all outlets and conduct regular audits for compliance.

Monitor operational performance, cost control, inventory, and daily MIS data.

Support franchise operations, providing training, troubleshooting, and performance reviews.

Lead training, onboarding, and development of outlet staff to ensure service excellence.

Coordinate supply chain and vendor operations to maintain stock levels and quality.

Manage pre-opening readiness for new outlets, and handle escalation and crisis management.
