We are looking for a proactive and accountable manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of the departments. The role involves managing a team, driving execution, implementing processes, and ensuring departmental goals are achieved in alignment with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Operations: Oversee all activities within the department to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of targets.
- Execution Management: Convert strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Process Implementation: Develop, document, and improve SOPs to enhance efficiency and accountability.
- Performance Tracking: Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management review.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present departmental dashboards and weekly performance representations to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and problem resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and recommend solutions to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in General Management or relevant field.
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in managing operations or teams.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
Compensation : 7LPA (Compensation package will be commensurate with quality and depth of competence and will not be a limiting factor if found an appropriate fit.)
Work location : Bangalore (can be changed based on project requirements, candidate must be open to travel)
