Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Operations Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day operational activities of our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling logistics, coordinating with teams, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping & Dispatch Management

Manage daily order processing and shipping coordination

Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery

Track shipments and ensure smooth order fulfillment

Resolve shipping issues such as delays, returns, or lost shipments

Maintain proper records of dispatched orders

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain accurate inventory records across systems

Track stock levels and ensure timely updates

Coordinate with the production and procurement teams for stock availability

Manage stock audits and maintain organized inventory tracking

Monitor fast-moving and low-stock items to avoid stockouts

3. Customer Relations & Query Management

Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and website chat

Handle order updates, delivery concerns, and product-related questions

Resolve customer complaints in a polite and professional manner

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly

Requirements

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously

Detail-oriented and organized working style

Basic knowledge of eCommerce operations and order management

Experience in customer service or operations management is preferred
