Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire production lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery per SLAs, and adherence to quality standards. Supervise daily operations, manage workload distribution, optimize resource utilization, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team (including project managers, analysts, and creatives), fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Manage team productivity, set performance goals, and support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational plans and processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce turnaround times. Drive automation and process improvements, establish SOPs, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with all company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and acting as a central point of contact. Ensure high client satisfaction, delivery quality, manage escalations, and align teams with client needs.
  • Ensure attainment of KPIs and SLAs by tracking key metrics like delivery timelines, quality,utilization, and cost. Prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly reports and dashboards, analyzing performance data to identify improvements.
  • Manage budgets, optimize cost efficiency, and oversee resource allocation. Track actual vs.estimated efforts, optimize costs, and ensure project and account profitability while maintaining financial compliance.

Skills & Capabilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred), coupled with 5–7 years of proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar project management role within a production or advertising environment, preferably within a similar global agency.
  • Solid understanding of production processes and the infrastructure required for successful project delivery. Demonstrated ability to drive process efficiencies, implement best practices, and ensure timeline adherence.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret data, identify improvements, resolve complex issues, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external stakeholder management, capable of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in operational planning, execution, and performance monitoring, including experience with tools like Excel, dashboards, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello,
