Role Description

This is a full-time Operations Manager role. The Operations Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of care management programs, optimize workflows, and lead project management efforts for various healthcare initiatives. Responsibilities include managing teams, improving operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating across departments, and driving the implementation of value-based care strategies. The role demands proactive problem-solving to achieve operational goals and outcomes aligned with the organization's mission.

• Strong operational leadership and project management skills to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
• Experience with data analysis and insights generation to improve operational and clinical performance.
• Ability to manage and lead teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms; familiarity with AI-enabled workflows
• Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is advantageous
