Job Description

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring reliable IT operations while driving the successful delivery of technology projects. This role combines operational governance with project leadership to maintain system stability, enhance service quality, and implement strategic IT initiatives.

  • Experience: 4-7 Years +

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, service desk, SLAs, and security controls
  • Ensure high availability, performance, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Lead IT projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to go-live and closure
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor risks, timelines, budgets, and project deliverables
  • Drive automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across IT services Experience & Skills
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT operations and project management
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, ITSM tools, and project management tools
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and modern IT environments preferred
