What We're Looking For
- 48 years of experience in operations, business management, or similar roles
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and solve them practically
- Someone who doesn't wait for instructions - takes ownership naturally
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong communication skills - clear, direct, and effective
