About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Manager to own internal process improvement and technology operations at Blue Polaris. This is a business operations role, not a technical/engineering one — you'll be the person who looks across how our teams and systems work together (finance, HR/payroll, CRM, project and resource management, IT infrastructure), spots where something is inefficient or disconnected, and drives the fix — whether that means redesigning a workflow, coordinating a system integration with our technical team, or managing a vendor to build it.

We're specifically looking for someone who has worked inside an IT services or technology development company and understands how to get the most efficiency out of technical teams and internal operations — someone who's been the connector between departments, not the person writing the code.

What We're Looking for

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or PMO/business-process roles within an IT services or technology developmen
• t companyA demonstrated track record of finding an inefficient process and either fixing it directly or managing the people and vendor
• s who didComfort evaluating trade-offs (cost, timeline, vendor vs. internal build) and making a clear recommendation — you don't need to be technical yourself, but you need to be able to work closely with peopl
