Role Description The Operations Manager role at Bazaar Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day agency operations, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and coordination between creative, technical, and marketing teams. This role will monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and implement processes to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration. The Operations Manager will handle operational reporting, support budgeting and capacity planning, and help resolve operational issues as they arise. This position will also contribute to process documentation, team onboarding, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth service delivery and a consistent client experience.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in operations management, including workflow planning, process improvement, and resource allocation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a digital agency, IT services, or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Comfort with using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, or similar platforms).
  • Analytical skills for tracking key operational metrics, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing, IT development, or creative agency setting is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Patna and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
