Responsibilities
- Design and document the processes the team runs on
- Manage vendors, tooling and the costs attached to them
- Run the operating cadence: planning, reviews, follow-through
- Own internal reporting so everyone sees the same numbers
- Remove recurring friction rather than working around it
Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, programme or project management
- Ability to build process that helps rather than bureaucratises
- Strong written documentation habits
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Preferred Skills
Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.
- Startup operations experience
- Automation and no-code tooling
- Analytics or BI familiarity
