Role:- Operations Manager

Exp :-7+ Yrs with excellent communication skills.

Location :-Delhi

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to manage staff and contractors across multiple service verticals. This role requires hiring and managing the growing staff while engaging with current contractors who provide outsourced Accounting, IT, HR, Marketing, and Engineering services, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business processes and staff and contractor management.

This is a leadership role requiring excellent English communication skills, business acumen, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing all day-to-day administration and management of operations.

2. Manages to metrics that accurately report the status of the firm to the CEO including high levels of client

satisfaction via delivery of services on time, on budget and of high quality.

3. Ensure firm meets all regulatory and other business requirements

4. Prepare periodic status reports for clients and internal leadership

Essential Qualifications

Experience in directly supervising staff from different departments in a high growth environment.

7-10 years of experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of business processes across all departments

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in program management software and MS Office
