Job Description

We're looking for a sharp, driven Operations Manager to own the backend of our rapidly growing accounts tuition center.

We serve 600+ students annually across 4 centers in Chennai with 2,000+ parent interactions — and we're just getting started. We're expanding into online delivery and new business verticals, and we need someone who can build the systems to get us there.

What you'll own:

→ End-to-end student lifecycle (enquiry to course completion)

→ 4-centre daily operations & team leadership (5 interns)

→ Parent communication & relationship management

→ Online platform transition & digital expansion

→ AI tools, CRM, automation & process systems

Who we're looking for:

 3–5 years in operations, centre management, or education admin

 Excellent communicator — confident, empathetic, professional

 Strong with AI tools: ChatGPT, Notion, CRMs, automation platforms

 Self-starter who owns outcomes, not just tasks

 Bonus if you have ed-tech or startup experience

This isn't a manage and maintain role. It's a build and scale role with direct access to the founder and full autonomy over backend operations.
