Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Support counsellors with ACCA admissions and student onboarding.
- Coordinate with the ACCA team to resolve student queries.
- Maintain and update student records and administrative data.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and operational documents.
- Follow up on pending documents and student requirements.
- Provide general operational support to the branch team.
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Pursuing ACCA or ACCA Aspirant
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
