Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our ePublishing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring efficient production and distribution of digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the ePublishing department, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party service providers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for upper management.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
