About the Role -

Date Energy is looking for a Fresher O&M Technician to support our Operations & Maintenance activities. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their career in Electrical Operations, Solar Energy, and Renewable Energy projects.

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist in day-to-day Operations & Maintenance activities.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Assist with electrical equipment inspection and basic troubleshooting.
• Support site operations, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain basic maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians for site-related activities.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Travel to project/customer sites as required.
  

Requirements -

• Fresher with ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in O&M.
• Maharashtra-based candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
