Operations Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

1.Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution,

2. Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities,

3. Track and close utility alarms within service level agreement,

4. Record power consumption of utility equipment,

5. Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment,

6. Provide project progress on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis,

7. Prepare and maintain MIS and reports for monitoring efficiency,

8. Adhere to quality and safety standards,

9. Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment,

10. Monitor and maintain ownership for large facilities and project, operations as per service level agreement

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of utility equipment,

2. Knowledge of energy optimization,

3. Knowledge of quality, health, safety, environment and fire policies,

4. Collaboration skills,

5. Problem solving skills,

6. Technical orientation

Education:

B.E. / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical

Experience Required:

5 - 10 years
