Role Objective (this is the heart of it)
To own the leasing engine end-to-end, standardise operations, and act as the single point of coordination between family, brokers, tenants, lawyers, and finance. This role converts a relationship-led business into a process-led organisation.
Responsibilities
A. Leasing Operations (Core 40%)
Track all enquiries (direct + broker-led)
Manage site visits, proposals, negotiations, closures
Maintain a live leasing pipeline tracker
Ensure no lead, follow-up, or renewal is missed
B. Documentation & Closures (25%)
Manage deal lifecycle: o Offer LOI Legal Fit-out Possession
Maintain standard templates (offer letters, escalation terms, parking clauses, etc.)
Coordinate with lawyers for timelines & compliance
C. Tenant Coordination (20%)
Act as one of the primary tenant touchpoints
Coordinate handovers, move-ins, basic operational issues
Reduce ad-hoc calls to promoters/family D. MIS & Reporting (15%)
Vacancy & occupancy tracker
Rental inflow tracker
Escalation & expiry calendar
Monthly summary for management
Ideal Candidate Profile
36 years experience in commercial real estate leasing / ops
Exposure to office parks / Grade A assets
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Comfortable dealing with brokers & lawyers
Process-driven, detail-obsessed, calm under pressure
