Role Overview
We're looking for a highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Operations Lead to spearhead and scale end-to-end operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This role demands strong ground-level execution, supply chain coordination, and flawless operational alignment to ensure every order, PO, and dispatch runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, procurement timelines, and vendor coordination
- Maintain optimal inventory across warehouse, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels
- Oversee forecasting, replenishment, and stock allocation based on channel demand
- Ensure 100% stock accuracy through audits and system checks
- Establish SOPs for receiving, storage, QC, dispatch, and packaging
- Ensure on-time dispatch with high accuracy across all channels
- Handle ground-level operational alignments with warehouse teams, delivery partners, 3PLs, and couriers
- Reduce damages, returns, and operational leakages
- Oversee and align PO fulfilment for all e-commerce & quick commerce platforms
- Manage listings, stock sync, pricing updates, and promotional operations
- Monitor reverse logistics, cancellations, replacements, and operational escalations
- Track courier and 3PL performance for both forward & reverse shipments
- Minimize RTO, transit delays, and failed deliveries
- Build scalable SOPs across supply chain, warehouse, and channel operations
- Lead and mentor operational teams on ground
- Coordinate with sales, finance, catalogue, and brand teams
Requirements
- 510 years of experience in e-commerce and quick commerce operations
- Strong experience in supply chain, warehouse management, and operational coordination
- Proficiency in ERP, OMS, WMS, channel dashboards, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations
Mandatory Requirements
- 510 years of experience in e-commerce and quick commerce operations is mandatory
- Strong experience in supply chain, warehouse management, and operational coordination
- Proficiency in ERP, OMS, WMS, channel dashboards, and reconciliation
