We are seeking a Business Systems & Operations Lead to drive the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of ERP systems across the organization. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on ERP implementation, and cross-functional leadership to ensure that business processes are streamlined, data-driven, and fully aligned with organizational goals.

You will lead ERP initiatives end-to-end—from requirements gathering and project planning to deployment, testing, and post-go-live support—while collaborating with diverse teams to maximize efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Strategy & Implementation
Define ERP rollout strategies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Lead end-to-end ERP projects of varying complexity, including planning, execution, go-live, and post-deployment support.

Customize and configure ERP modules to meet workflow requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Project & Stakeholder Management
Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resources.

Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure deliverables align with objectives.

Prepare and present technical reports, dashboards, and updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Testing & Data Management
Design and execute test plans, validate test data, document results, and confirm ERP functionality meets business needs.

Oversee database management, data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate teams across business units to ensure collaboration and adoption of ERP solutions.

Mentor and guide team members in ERP usage, process alignment, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Acumatica or similar ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

Strong ERP implementation, project management, and workflow optimization expertise.

Experience in test planning, data validation, and reporting/dashboard creation.

Excellent cross-functional coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to post-deployment with a focus on adoption and efficiency.
