About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end business operations across Retail Stores, Large Format Retail (LFR), and E-Commerce channels. The role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory optimization, sales performance, supply chain coordination, customer experience, and profitability across all sales verticals.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the fashion, apparel, accessories, or lifestyle retail industry and possess the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, improve processes, and scale omnichannel operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Business Operations Management

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across Retail, LFR, and E-Commerce channels.
• Ensure seamless execution of sales and operational processes across all business verticals.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive operational consistency.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet business targets.

2.Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and stock optimization across channels.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, logistics, and business teams to ensure product availability.
• Minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and operational losses.
• Drive inventory accuracy and improve stock visibility through effective controls.

3.E-Commerce Operations

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer service coordination.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with marketplace partners, digital teams, and logistics providers to improve customer experience.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.

4.Retail & LFR Operations

• Support store operations and large-format retail business requirements.
• Ensure process compliance, merchandising execution, stock availability, and service standards.
• Work closely with sales teams and retail partners to resolve operational challenges.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity and profitability at store and partner levels.

5.Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement automation and digital solutions to enhance productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on cost optimization and service enhancement.
• Establish performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

6.Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT teams.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, logistics providers, and retail accounts.
• Ensure alignment between business strategies and operational execution.

7.Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define performance objectives and support employee development initiatives.

Qualification and Work Experience

• MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Operations.
• Prior experience with premium apparel, fashion accessories, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred.
• Experience managing Retail, LFR, and E-Commerce operations simultaneously.
