Job Description

Zevpoint is building next-generation EV charging solutions across India, and we are looking for a highly execution-focused operator to lead and scale our national service & installation operations.

This is not a conventional operations manager role.

You will be responsible for building the systems, processes, field networks, and operational backbone required to scale Zevpoint to thousands of charger installations every month across India.

What is expected from you

As the Operations Lead - Service & Installations, you will be resposonsible for the following

  • Nationwide installation operations
  • Service operations & escalation management
  • Installer and technician partner network
  • SLA and turnaround time management
  • Spare inventory & replacement workflows
  • Regional operational coordination
  • Installation quality systems
  • Customer uptime & service experience
  • SOP creation and process standardization
  • Field operations analytics and reporting

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute efficient and reliable service and installation processes.

Requirements

  • Loves solving operational chaos
  • Can build systems from scratch
  • Is highly process-oriented
  • Can manage distributed field teams
  • Is comfortable working with technicians/installers
  • Has strong ownership mindset
  • Is willing to travel for field audits and operational setup
  • Can scale operations without excessive bureaucracy

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

  • Field operations
  • Service operations
  • Home service platforms (like Urban Company, Pronto, etc)
  • Installation networks
  • Consumer durable service
  • Appliance service networks
  • Logistics operations

Preferred Experience

  • minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience managing distributed operations or field teams
  • Experience handling service SLAs and escalation systems
  • Strong operational thinking and execution capability
