Role Overview

Our client is looking for a highly dependable and hands-on Operations Lead to own the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of their production environments.

This role bridges the gap between development and IT operations, ensuring that engineering teams can deliver software reliably, securely, and efficiently into production. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, automation, monitoring, incident management, and production operations.

You will play a critical role in building and maintaining operational systems that support high-availability AI/SaaS platforms and distributed applications.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining cloud and network systems Automation and Tools: Developing scripts and utilizing tools to automate operational processes,

reducing manual intervention Monitoring and Reliability: Implementing tracking systems for system health, performance, traffic, and capacity planning to ensure high availability

Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Investigating, debugging, and resolving production issues, including performing root cause analysis (RCA)

Supporting Development (DevOps): Assisting engineering teams with deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring operational requirements are met in new software features

• 4–7 years of experience in:

DevOps

Production operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Infrastructure/platform operations

• Strong hands-on experience with:

Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

Docker & Kubernetes

CI/CD pipelines

Monitoring and logging tools

• Experience with:

Infrastructure automation

Shell/Python scripting

Networking fundamentals

Reverse proxies/load balancers

• Good understanding of:

Distributed systems

High-availability architectures

Production support processes

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with:

AI/ML or SaaS platforms

Observability platforms

Grafana / Prometheus / Kibana

• Exposure to:

Security best practices

SOC 2 / operational compliance

Multi-tenant cloud environments
