Job Description

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and streamline property operations across our portfolio. If you have a strong background in hospitality, co-living, student housing, serviced apartments, or facility operations and are passionate about driving operational excellence, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end property operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across locations.
  • Own and monitor operational budgets, including P&L management, OPEX control, petty cash management, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with fire & safety standards, audits, statutory requirements, and SOP implementation.
  • Lead property teams through training, performance management, and team development initiatives.
  • Manage the resident lifecycle, including move-ins, move-outs, onboarding, customer experience, and complaint resolution.
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues through ticketing systems and operational dashboards while maintaining high service standards.
  • Gather and analyze resident feedback, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Support property pre-launch and post-launch activities, including setup, staffing, vendor onboarding, and process implementation.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Co-Living, Student Housing, Hospitality, Hotels, Serviced Apartments, or Facility Operations.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, OPEX management, procurement, petty cash handling, vendor management, and facility operations.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading on-ground operational teams.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), CRM tools, Helpdesk/Ticketing platforms, and operational reporting systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on operational excellence and service quality.
