Your primary responsibility will be toensure games run smoothly, players are coordinated, and the community keeps growing.

Responsibilities
1.Whatsapp Community Management
- Coordinate with players inFitual WhatsApp groups
- Confirm player participation for upcoming games
- Send reminders, updates, and game announcements
- Manage waitlists and substitutions for games
2.Game Operations
- Ensure games run smoothly at assigned turfs inHSR Layout
- Coordinate withturf captains and players
- Handle last-minute dropouts and replacements
- Maintain attendance and participation tracking
3.Turf Booking
- Communicate withturf owners/managers
- Ensure bookings are confirmed and ready
- Resolve any on-ground operational issues
4.Community Growth
- Help bring innew players into the Fitual community
- Encourage existing players to invite friends
- Supporttournaments, events, and special games
5.Player Experience
- Ensure players have asmooth and enjoyable experience
- Gather feedback from players after games
- Report issues or improvement ideas to the founder
Qualifications
- Based inBangalore (preferably near HSR Layout)
- Good communication skills
- Active onWhatsApp and comfortable coordinating with groups
- Reliable and responsible
- Interest in sports and community building
- Ability to handle last-minute changes calmly
