Operations Lead Digital Gift Cards | Fintech / Gaming Commerce

We're hiring an Operations Lead to own and scale our gift card operations at Athena.

If you've run high-volume ops in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces and enjoy building order in chaos — this role is for you.

At Athena, we're building India's fastest-growing B2B marketplace for gaming gift cards & digital vouchers. In just 4 months, we've delivered 400K+ cards, grown 30% MoM, and partnered with Paytm, Razorpay, and Pine Labs.

• End-to-end gift card fulfilment (B2B & B2C)

• Inventory & SKU-level reconciliations

• Failed transactions, refunds & escalations

• Vendor coordination + settlement tracking

• Building scalable SOPs, trackers & MIS

• 5–10 years in ops (fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces)

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets

• High ownership + comfort in fast-moving startups

• Bonus: Digital inventory / prepaid / payments experience
