Core Responsibilities
Design and architecture: Develop scalable, resilient, and secure VMware-based
solutions, including private and hybrid clouds, that align with business goals.
Implementation and deployment :Lead the deployment of core VMware products
such as vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX-T, and Horizon.
Hybrid cloud integration: Design and implement solutions that integrate with
public clouds like VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution (AVS), or others.
Technical leadership: Conduct technical workshops and provide guidance to
clients and internal teams.
Optimization and management: Optimize performance, manage vSAN clusters,
and oversee the lifecycle of VMware Aria suite components.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation,
design documents, and best practices.
Support and troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to resolve
complex issues within the VMware environment.
Assessment: Conduct assessments of existing virtual environments and provide
recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Technical expertise:
- Strong knowledge of VMware products: vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, NSX-T,
and Horizon.
- Experience with VMware management suites like vRealize (vROps, vRA,
vRNI).
- Familiarity withs disaster recovery solution like VMware Site Recovery
Manager (SRM) and vSphere Replication.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration (e.g., VMware
Cloud on AWS, AVS).
- Knowledge of SAN storage and enterprise backup systems.
- Understanding security, networking, and data center fundamentals.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on experience with VMware technologies in an enterprise
environment.
- 7+ years in leadership or team lead capacity.
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, vRox, and vSAN.
- Knowledge of VMware NSX, vRealize Suite, and VMware Cloud Foundation is
a plus.
- Understanding of networking, storage (SAN/NAS), and server hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with complex IT infrastructures and distributed systems.
- Experience in a client-facing role, including requirements gathering and
technical presentations.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical
concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Location : CBD Belapur
Total Experience: 12+ years of experience in managing complex cloud
infrastructures, orchestrating seamless transitions, and optimizing operations
across multiple platforms. Should have Led cross-functional teams in designing,
implementing, and enhancing cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with business
objectives and driving innovation within cloud operations.
Certification : ITIL/PMP.
Shift timing: 24*7 Rotational.
Salary: Shared on Email, Night shift allowance 600/- rs. Per night, after
completion of 3 year in Site -75000 Per year extra allowances.
