We're looking for sharp and reliable operations interns to join our team. In this role, you'll handle ticket booking requests on behalf of our clients, a process comparable to booking a train ticket on IRCTC or placing an order on Amazon. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each booking is completed correctly and without errors.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Process incoming ticket booking requests from clients via internal systems.
- Make bookings on the client's behalf using designated platforms.
- Ensure all details are accurate and bookings are 100% complete before submission.
- Adhere to company standards and maintain a high level of attention to detail in every task.
