Operations Internship in Gurgaon

As an Operations Analyst Intern, you'll be at the heart of BetterWay's operational engine. You'll work closely with multiple teams to ensure that data is accurate, processes run smoothly, and operational insights translate into better decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of critical trackers, streamline workflows, and identify operational gaps.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Reporting & Data:
• Maintain and update key operational trackers across pharmacy, OPD, follow-ups, revenue, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure data received from clinics and care teams is accurate and up to date.
• Clean, consolidate, and standardize data from multiple sources.
• Reconcile information across teams and support their data requirements.
• Operations & Process Improvement:
• Track appointments, centre utilization, follow-ups, and operational readiness.
• Identify operational red flags and support timely resolution.
• Use data to improve day-to-day centre operations.
• Support organizational forecasting and operational planning.
