We are looking for an operations intern with data-handling capabilities to support central operations, strategic initiatives and coordination. The candidate should be able to manage tasks, track deliverables, work with data and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of operational activities.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards to monitor project progress and key activities.
- Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse data from multiple teams and sources.
- Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks, deliverables and action items to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare regular reports, summaries and updates for internal reviews and decision-making.
- Identify operational gaps, delays and inconsistencies and flag them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and improving operational processes, workflows and reporting mechanisms.
- Support documentation and standardisation of processes, guidelines and SOPs.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis, research and strategic initiatives.
