Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Primary Responsibility:
- Operations & Procurement Support: Assist in managing vendor relationships, procurement activities, basic documentation, and coordination with internal teams for approvals, payments, and records.
- Data Maintenance (Excel/Google Sheets): Create and maintain structured trackers and reports for operations, inventory, hiring, and internal processes using Excel/Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
- Secondary Responsibility:
- Hiring & HR Coordination: Support recruitment and HR activities, including sharing role requirements, coordinating with candidates and HR, and helping maintain organised hiring records.
- Social Media & Communication Support: Contribute to basic social media and communication activities, including creating simple designs/visuals (preferably using Canva) and coordinating content with the team.
- Stakeholder & Event Coordination: Support communication and coordination with various stakeholders (such as end users, visitors, partners, etc.) and assist in planning/organising internal or external meetings, visits, and events.
- Internal Process & Team Support: Help in tracking team activities, attendance, and progress on ongoing work, and assist in preparing basic summaries or updates for the leadership.
