Unacademy is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join the Value Offering – UPSC CSE team in Bengaluru.

Work Schedule: 6 Days WFO

Eligibility: Engineering / BBA – 2026 Batch

What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day business operations
• Work with learner & business data
• Prepare MIS, trackers and reports
• Analyse data and identify trends/gaps
• Support campaigns, batch launches and learner initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams

What we're looking for:

• 2026 Engineering / BBA graduate
• Good Excel & analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Comfortable working 6 days from our Bengaluru office

Potential full-time opportunity: Based on performance and business requirements, the internship may lead to a full-time role.
