What You'll Do:

Crack Rejected / Short-Settled / Mis-Selling cases

Draft claim petitions, SCNs & Ombudsman communications

Coordinate with advocates, partners & agents for closures

Maintain MIS, TATs & performance dashboards

Drive customer feedback and review partner performance

Keep leadership updatedclear, crisp, no noise
