We are hiring Interns for our US Pod who will work closely with cross-functional teams across content, product, and operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are articulate, growth-driven, and keen to build a long-term career in project management within a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong performers in this role will have the opportunity to be absorbed as Junior BOPMs based on performance.

Must-Have Qualities
- Excellent communication skills fluent in English, articulate about career goals, and able to hold structured conversations confidently
- Demonstrated growth mindset ability to share initiatives taken in previous internships/roles
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and tech-inclined with a strong willingness to learn
- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
- Comfortable working in US shift hours
Good-to-Have
- Prior internship experience with exposure to professional workplace etiquette
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms
- Previous exposure to product or tech-driven companies
- Clear interest in pursuing a long-term Project Management career at Pepper
