Role:

As a Program Intern, you will work closely with the Program, Admissions, and University Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of semester-level operations at the Newton School of Technology, Pune campus. This is a high-ownership role involving finance operations, CRM and portal management, counselling support, documentation, and coordination with university stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Support CRM and internal portal operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage student finance operations across semesters, including fee verification and reconciliation.
• Handle hostel payments and allotments for students.
• Manage post-offer and post-admission workflows, including student communication, onboarding coordination, and financial exceptions such as refunds, ensuring a smooth transition from admission to enrolment.
• Own post-admission documentation and student record management.
• Coordinate with university stakeholders on finance, admissions, and admin matters.
• Drive semester launch readiness activities, including student onboarding checkpoints, system readiness, and coordination across academic and operations teams during semester start.
• Assist in timetable creation and academic operations during semester launch.

• Recent graduate from a top-tier college
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable using CRM tools
