Role Overview

We are looking for a high-agency Operations Intern who will work directly with the founding team to manage and scale the day-to-day operations of the platform.

This role sits at the center of the Mentorque ecosystem coordinating candidate journeys, managing relationships with industry experts, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly as we grow.

You will help build the systems and processes that power Mentorque's user experience, while ensuring every participant moves through the platform efficiently.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving operational problems, managing multiple moving parts, and creating structured systems in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the founders to manage and improve operational workflows across the platform.

Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from onboarding to program completion.

Coordinate and schedule industry conversations between candidates and experienced professionals.

Track candidate progress and ensure timely completion of platform milestones and action steps.

Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a smooth and structured experience.

Coordinate with industry experts to align on schedules, session updates, and participant progress.

Manage multiple candidates simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality experience.

Maintain internal tracking systems, documentation, and operational records.

Identify operational bottlenecks and help design processes that allow the platform to scale efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (candidates, industry professionals, founders).

Highly proactive with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, scheduling tools, CRMs, and communication platforms.
