What will you do
In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth business operations while also supporting key finance functions across the organization.
Business Operations
- Oversee and support day-to-day company operations across Business Operations, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams
- Work closely with the sales team on CRM management and sales lead allocation.
- Maintain updated operational records and dashboards
- Handle end-to-end coordination of business processes to ensure seamless functioning
Finance & Accounts
- Manage basic finance-related activities
- Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and managing receivables/payables
- Support in expense tracking, financial documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and compliance-related documentation
- Vendor Management
What are we looking for
- Strong communication skills with excellent command over written and verbal English
- Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
- Knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and deliver with speed and accuracy
