Role Description

The Operations Intern will assist in daily operations, project coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting sales activities, coordinating with different teams and analyzing operational performance. This is an on-site internship role located in Mumbai, providing hands-on experience in managing and improving business operations.

Responsibilities

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and data effectively
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Understanding of Sales and ability to support activities to drive performance
• Work in collaboration with our B2B partners to handle pan India operations
• Customer Relationship on a day to day operational level
• Control warehouse inventory levels and stock management
• Basic knowledge of Operations Management and Project Management
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage
• Keen interest in the fashion and retail industry is a plus
