Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the BankKaro Operations team. This role is heavily focused on Excel-based reporting and data management.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations and data reporting.

What You'll Own

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports
• Work extensively on Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Create basic summaries, reports, and dashboards

Data Management

• Update and maintain internal trackers
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Validate data received from different sources

Operations Support

• Assist the team in day-to-day operational tasks
• Coordinate for data collection and follow-ups
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements

Must-Have Skills

Strong Excel Skills (Core Requirement)

• Good knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF)
• Comfortable using pivot tables and filters
• Ability to handle and clean large datasets
• Basic understanding of data validation and error checking
