direct work with the founders. no middle managers. no decks. just building, shipping, and execution.

What you'll do:

* run day-to-day operations so the founders can stay on product

* build with ai: internal tools, workflows, automations, quick prototypes

* actually ship stuff, not just plan it

* manage founders calendars, meetings, inboxes and follow-ups

* keep trackers, docs and processes tight so nothing slips

You're a fit if:

* you use ai tools every day and like building with them

* organised without anyone telling you to be

* would rather figure it out than wait for instructions

* okay juggling ten things and dropping none

* want to learn how startups get built from day zero

Why this matters:

everyone's handing their work to ai agents. nobody's measuring how much of it is still human. we're building that.

you'll be the one keeping the company running while we build it. without you, nothing moves.
