Role Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Head to manage the day-to-day functioning of our research lab. This role will drive product development timelines, set team targets, and act as a bridge between researchers and senior leadership (CSO/Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily lab operations and resource allocation
- Manage ongoing product development timelines to ensure milestones are met
- Set weekly/monthly targets for a team of 10 researchers (MSc/PhD)
- Coordinate closely with the CSO and senior management on strategic goals
- Plan for team expansion (scaling from 10 to 15 members over 4-5 months)
Qualifications:
- Education: M.Sc. or MBA.
- Experience: Prior experience in a lab or biotech company is highly preferred
- Domain: Familiarity with Biochemistry or related life sciences (to manage MSc/PhD researchers)
Key Requirements:
- Must be locally based in Nagpur
- Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team
