Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Operations Freelancer in the FMCG industry at nicheBrains. The Operations Freelancer will be responsible for managing analytical tasks, communication with stakeholders, sales operations, lean six sigma, warehouse management, supply chain Mangement, project management, and overall operations management.
Requirements
- 10 +years of expertise in operations.
- Streamline warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with FMCG industry standards.
- Manage and optimize supply chain workflows, ensuring timely delivery and reduced operational costs.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate inefficiencies across operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and implement strategies to mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Strong experience in warehouse management and supply chain processes within the FMCG Industry sector.
