Could you be the full-time Operations Finance FP&A Controller India in India we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring financial discipline, and supporting business profitability. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (India sites, HQ functions), analyze operational KPIs, and coordinate month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing and controlling HQ books and driving cost optimization initiatives across functions, but also supporting Cluster Business Reviews by highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.
We'll look to you for:
Driving and achieving operational KPIs within approved budgets, including Physicals, Hard Inventory, Capex, Production Overheads, Workload, and S&A expenses
Coordinating with all India sites to ensure timely month-end closing activities and adherence to reporting timelines for Actuals, Budget, and Forecast submissions
Performing timely analysis and deep dives into operational KPIs, ensuring accuracy of reported figures and driving corrective actions where required
Coordinating and analyzing operational performance reviews with sites and supporting the preparation of Cluster Business Reviews
Managing and controlling HQ books while driving governance, financial discipline, and cost optimization initiatives across functions
Initiating, leading, and monitoring cost optimization strategies across India sites to improve operational efficiency and support business profitability

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational KPI management
Strong knowledge of cost optimization and financial discipline practices
Familiarity with coordinating multi-site financial activities and reporting
A proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to present insights and drive actions
