Operations Executives

Bansal Roofing Products is looking for a dynamic and young individual with a keen interest in operations to create and maintain an efficient system of operation that supports our business needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with various business units to ensure seamless and effective operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategies that will ensure a positive experience, exceeding expectations where applicable.
• Undergoing training in quality control and inventory control management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Updating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring their implementation across all departments, conducting routine operational checks to verify compliance.
• Monitoring the purchase/indent/requisitions of each department, along with accounts receivable (collections from debtors) and accounts payable (payments to vendors/suppliers, etc.).
• Inspecting all departments with their respective managers for cleanliness, ambiance, service readiness, staff grooming, and fostering a culture of hospitality.
• Monitoring and maintaining operation & overhead costs to ensure maximum revenue for the organization.
• Establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
• Managing the daily functions of the business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills.
• High level of responsibility and accountability.
• Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working with multiple groups within different business units.
