Key Responsibilities
vEnd-to-end travel management Ticketing, confirmation, cancellation, invoicing
vManaging Corporate accounts & MICE movement
vEvaluate the complete development of Ops. function considering its contribution to the achievement of business goals
vConsistently follow Travel guidelines
vEnsure customer satisfaction is measured through provided tools and goals are met & implementing plans for continuous improvement
vWork as the primary alliance between the Supplier and Operation
vCreate a positive work environment
vEnsure on-time suppliers (Hotel's Transporters, Activities provider) confirmations & payments by coordinating with the requirement stakeholders
vStrong understanding of client (B2C, B2B, Corporate, MICE) policies and processes, determining the impact on the operation team as changes are implemented
vStrong understanding and accuracy provide direction on a large range of travel
vMaintain and seek expansion of current knowledge of various industries or products (Travel Management, Account Management, Contact Centre Operations, etc.)
vAssist the effort to implement new business implementations (client, technology, processes, etc.) successfully and on-budget
vEnsuring optimum utilization of agents with reference to their productivity and efficiency.
vCoordinating with the training and quality team for the individual's performance improvement.
vParticipating in internal & external calibration sessions with Quality/Operations.
vWilling to work in rotational shifts with rotational week Off's.
vCoordinating with different departments to resolve the escalation cases via Call, Email, Chat, social media, and Forums
vFollow up with the technology/NOC team for resolving pending bugs/PRMs
Desired Skills Requirements
vIATA Certified
vAbility to multitask effectively
vStrong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
vAbility to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
vComfortable working independently with minimal supervision
vAny Bachelor's degree or diploma
vExperience: 1-5 years in flight ticketing & reservations.
vKnowledge of GDS: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre (any one or multiple).
vUnderstanding of Airline Fare Rules & Policies.
vAbility to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
