Operations Executive

Job Description 

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing student operations, documentation, licensing, compliance, and coordination with regulatory authorities, and internal teams. The role ensures smooth execution of operational processes, timely completion of requirements, and accurate record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with students regarding training, documentation, examinations, visas, and licensing requirements.
• Manage student onboarding, progress tracking, attendance, and operational support.
• Process and track DGCA licensing.
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Maintain operational databases, trackers, reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor workflows, follow up on pending actions, and ensure timely process completion.
• Manage operational communications, schedule meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support audits, inspections, induction programs, graduations, and travel-related requirements.
• Identify process improvements and perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tracking tools.
• Experience in education, aviation, training operations, or administration is preferred.
