Role Overview

At mple.ai, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and

streamline our day-to-day business activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination,

problem-solving, and ensuring that business processes run smoothly across teams. You'll work closely with

cross-functional departments to help execute projects efficiently, maintain process quality, and drive

operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support the operations team in managing daily business activities and ensuring timely

delivery of key tasks and initiatives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success to

ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.

Assist in documenting, streamlining, and improving internal processes to enhance overall

efficiency.

Help maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across teams.

Work closely with various departments to ensure clear communication and effective

collaboration.

Proactively identify operational challenges and assist in resolving them promptly.

Contribute to smooth workflow transitions and overall project success.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or project management platforms

(preferred but not mandatory).
