Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Manufacturer Coordination Executive based in Jaipur. The selected candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks and coordinate with our manufacturers and production vendors to ensure smooth execution of ongoing orders.

Responsibilities include following up with manufacturers regarding production timelines, managing workflow between internal teams and vendors, assisting in order processing, monitoring dispatch schedules, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The role requires regular communication with production partners and helping maintain operational efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

Good communication & coordination skills

Basic understanding of operations/vendor management preferred

Organized and detail-oriented approach to work

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)

Comfortable with work-from-office setup
